Barnet set to leave Underhill stadium after 104 years of history

Barnet announced that they are ready to leave their Underhill stadium at the end of the current season "due to circumstances beyond their control."

The land was home to the League Two club for 104 years, but has long land tenure issues have been forced to explore alternative options for next season.
The club currently has access to land on its southern edge in terms of a lease with the local cricket club, but the lease expires in 12 months. Barnet has asked the Football League for permission to start next season at Underhill Despite the uncertainty, but the league said the club needed a contingency plan in place.
