Blatter says Fifa will reveal bribes report
the decision of the FIFA Executive Committee decided that the solution ISL will be released after its next meeting on December 17, and details then be reviewed by an independent research any new body of possible sanctions against the people. Blatter said that the body may also have other cases of alleged corruption is concerned, but gave no details on how this can occur is given.
FIFA president, said TI representative may be invited to participate in a committee on corporate governance and compliance, the new name for the "Committee of solutions," Mr Blatter presented The FIFA Congress in June The name change because it summarizes the process of trying to establish a framework compelling the bones of what was proposed then.
- most striking is the promise that the legal document to be issued in the case of ISL in which £ 3.5 million was paid anonymously in the solution after the marketing company ISL has been charged by a Swiss court to pay more than $ 66m in bribes to officials of FIFA. The BBC Panorama program last December said that three senior officials of FIFA, Brazilian Ricardo Teixeira, the predecessor of Mr. Blatter President of FIFA, Joao Havelange, and Issa Hayatou of Cameroon, has received money in bribes from ISL. A fourth, Nicolas Leoz of Paraguay, was appointed to the court in 2008 as the recipient of the money. All four have denied the allegations, and so far the names and details of the agreement were hidden, the case therefore includes a cover crop perceived financial irregularities to FIFA.
asked if the committee of executive decisions that pass all these proposals at its meeting in Zurich on Thursday and Friday, was unanimously made a distinction arc Blatter. The changes in the organization - the participation of new working groups and the Committee and inform the Executive Committee itself - were, he said, approved by the 20 members present at Zurich. However, Blatter said he had not proposed ISL vote - but it was "no opposition" to the discussions. Teixeira and Leoz were at the meeting, while Hayatou is.
Blatter presented a timetable for the reforms to be ready for incorporation into the structure of the organization at the FIFA Congress in June 2013. ISL The case will be heard by the Executive Committee on December 17 and then handed over to independent research organization, which no details were given for examination. Blatter said other cases could be considered by this body of research, but gave no details on how this will happen. "In a country of 300 million people, there will be no violence, doping, racism and corruption," said Blatter, referring to the number of players in the world. "But the institution is not corrupt."
