Hiddink departs as Turkey manager


. Turkey Guus Hiddink will end after the loss of the contract in Croatia

. The Dutch blamed the lack of support for young players

Guus Hiddink parted company in Turkey after failing to reach Euro 2012 and blamed the lack of support from clubs for the shortcomings of the national team.

Turkish Football Federation confirmed Wednesday morning that Hiddink's contract had been terminated by mutual agreement following the 0-0 draw Tuesday in Croatia, which ended 3-0, the total defeat of Turkey in the playoffs.

Hiddink criticized an "inefficient system" deprive the young players the chance to grow. Insufficient support and opportunities for young people in clubs are located in the heart of the incompatibility of Turkey on the big stage, he said.

"All national teams representing a country, starting with the U-14 to the next level will depend on how the clubs are organized and how seriously they take the training of young players of the the age of 10 years, "added the Dutchman.

"In countries like Germany and Holland, this system is well developed and the results are obvious. Holland is a small country, but the national team is always in big tournaments, to except for the 2002 World Cup because young players receive many opportunities to play for their clubs and are well educated.
