Ken Livingstone backs London Co-operative Party's housing agenda

As the Spectator has complained, Boris Johnson has made no progress at all on his manifesto pledge to sell surplus Greater London Authority to community land trusts, enabling genuinely affordable homes to be built and managed by housing co-operatives. On pages 12 and 13 he wrote:
